It will not disclose this information except for legal obligations (such as a court order). Except for lawful transfers made in accordance with legal regulations to third parties it engages with domestically and internationally, Erbakır Fen Lisesi will not sell, rent, or in any way make this data available to others.
Erbakır Fen Lisesi may use this data within the legal framework and to the extent permitted by law to facilitate communication during the conference, send printed publications/correspondence, send electronic press releases or notifications via email, collect statistical information (such as browser type, geographic location, age, gender, etc.) and determine the overall participant profile, in order to further enhance the competition in the future and to better serve the participants.
Participants and their parents, as data subjects, have the right, as of the effective date of Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law, to learn whether their personal data is processed, request information if their personal data is processed, learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose, know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or internationally, request the correction of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrect, demand the erasure, destruction, or removal of personal data in case the reasons necessitating the processing cease to exist or in accordance with the provisions of the law, request notification of the correction, deletion, destruction to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred, and request compensation for damages in case of suffering damage due to the unlawful processing of personal data.
